Return & Refund  

Wonders of Wisdom (W.O.W) return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or you receive a damaged item(s), please contact our customer care support at hello@wondersofwisdom.org

If your order is unused and the original unopened packing is not in use, you can return it within 14 days from the date you completed your purchase if you are located in the USA or within 30 days if you are outside the USA. Keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that items should be in the same condition as received and be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange item(s) that are torn, used, damaged, worn, or purchased on sale.

Please note the following steps to complete your return and possible refund:

• Email the customer care team at  hello@wondersofwisdom.org with your original order confirmation number and  photo(s) of the item(s) you would like to return
• Our customer care team will review the Item(s). Please note you will be responsible for providing a return label.
• Upon receipt of the item(s), the list price, excluding the shipping cost, will be refunded.
• You will be responsible for covering your shipping costs for returning your item(s)
• If you spend over $50, we recommend using a track number from your local shipping service. We do not guarantee you will receive a refund upon return. Please refer back to the top.

If you placed an order and the item(s) cannot be shipped to your country, the cost of the item(s) plus shipping will be refunded to you.
